This is a three-bed flat and the two other rooms are rented by Tom and Katey. Tom works for British Motorsport and Katey works in advertising. We are looking for someone neat and friendly who is looking for a homely flat! The flat is managed by KFH who will require a credit reference check and tenancy fee. Bills are between £70-100 a month depending on the month - some bills are not split evenly across the year. The move in date has some flexibility but ideally we would like the new tenant to rent from no later than 7th January onwards.
