Double Available in 2 Bed - Southfields

I'm letting a double room out in my flat here in leafy Southfields. My current lodger is moving in with his partner. It’s in a good condition, with balcony overlooking and a few minutes from Wimbledon tennis ground, Wimbledon Park and Common. 10 min walk from the tube station. Wimbledon Village is a few minutes ride on the bus.

I spend my time between Berlin and London, so this is a great option for someone who wants a nice home, respectful housemate, and appreciates some space on a regular basis.

I'm a friendly professional, busy most days, as I like to keep fit & socialise. Equally I enjoy chilling at home.

I also love travelling.
