One single and one double room available in 3-bedroom 2-floor apartment.

Amenities: major supermarkets, gyms, clubs, bars, shops, restaurants - all within 15-30 min walk or 10 min by bus. Tennis courts are within 15 min walk. The area is safe and leafy - perfect for walks and runs. It is also very quiet.

Apartment: patio, large kitchen (modern finish room is being installed in September), large living room with TV, one bathroom, two toilets. Fully furnished and equipped, unlimited broadband internet and new boiler.

Both rooms: Furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawers. The double room has a new bed and mattress. Utility bills and council tax are shared between all three tenants. All utilities come to about £60 a month.

The rooms are advertised by one of the tenants but the property is managed by an agency so there will be a £100 admin fee to pay to the agent.

Looking for friendly female flatmates who will look after the apartment like their home, be considerate, quiet and be prepared to respect each other's space. Regular parties to be avoided.. Would suit professionals.
