I seek reliable FEMALE, trustworthy working professional in the day NOT from home, who is friendly and respectful to sublet and keep clean my spacious double room within 3 bedroom simple tidy flat located on popular Wimbledon Park Road, block away from Wimbledon Championships for at least a year or more. (negotiable and flexible).

The room offers wooden double slate bed, wooden small double door wardrobe, & strong wooden double size DIY Linen wardrobe , Ikea white 5 drawer, small beside table, small dining table/chairs, tall lamp, large wall mirror. In good condition, with pull out two bottom drawers.

Big tall triple glass sliding doors with new blinds leading onto balcony with lovely views of sunrises and sunsets over Wimbledon Park Golf Course/lake.

Share flat with lovely easy going female and male. Your room will feel like living in your own flat, there is never issues with accessing kitchen, toilet or bathroom.

Very easy to maintain and clean flat. Must clean after yourself and especially in kitchen. No leaving out dirty dishes and keep clean for next person to use.

Even though we are very sociable and I know have lived in amazing party houses. This is not a party house. The room is your sanctuary. Of course you can have a friend or two over but no big massive parties. There is no communal living room.

Separate WC, Bathroom with bath/ shower, spacious kitchen offers amazing views of London City Skyline, beautiful colours in the skies with its sunsets/sunrises as well as beautiful lush colourful green park with lake /golf course, washing machine, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboard space and dining table/chairs/utensils.

The hallway offers huge shoe cupboard (no need for shoes in your room). Also another cupboard that stores cleaning domestic stuff eg Mop, bucket, vacuum, brooms etc

Buses outside our flat to either Wimbledon, Richmond, Putney, Wandsworth, Clapham Junction. or 5min walk to Southfields district underground or walk 15mins to Southside Shopping Centre or Wimbledon Village/Wimbledon

£900 incudes all bills to credit my account each month. Our humanity trust and respect along with email correspondence is your confirmed receipt and binding agreement.

A welcome email also be sent to flat mates copying in owner. I can add you to Energy bills if you require.

Owner lives down the road and is aware and supports my subletting. (No AGENTS and contracts)
