we are looking for a professional who is clean and respectful of others to move into the single room.

There are two bathrooms in the house, 1 on each floor. The kitchen has all mod cons; fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine

There are plenty of amenities in the local area; Gym, M&S, Sainsburys and 3 coffee shops a short walk away. Southside Shopping Centre with larger shops, restaurant and cinema is nearby.

District line is 3 minute walk from the house. Bus to Clapham stops outside. Wandsworth is a short walk away. There are plenty of parks nearby, Richmond Park is a short cycle from the house.

Bills are £50 per month on average including broadband.

There is no parking on the property but you can get a permit to park on the road.
