Single room available in lovely Southfields house

I am sadly leaving my wonderful room in Southfields and I am looking for someone to replace me on the 1st of July. You would be taking over my lease until the 12th of August. But you would be signing a new contract on the 12th of August for 12 months. Rent is £550 per month including bills.

It is a bright, furnished single room available in a four bedroomed, two and a half bathroomed house in Southfields.
There is a large kitchen and a separate lounge leading out into a good sized garden. Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor, with the fourth bedroom in the loft space.

It is a 10 minute walk from Southfields tube station, a fifteen minute walk to Earlsfield overground station and a one minute walk from a reliable bus and nightbus service (156, N87).

You will be moving in with one male and two females from various backgrounds. They are a social bunch that enjoy hanging out as a house (often with a glass of wine after a long day at work), as well as having their own own things going on. There is also a house cat called Mia.
