Delightful double room in Edwardian House

A delightful double room, looking out onto the garden, is available in our very pleasant, spacious, Edwardian house in Southgate, north London from 1st October 2025. It is a warm, clean and friendly home in which you will have your own space and privacy.

We are very near Ye Olde Cherry Tree on The Green, the prettiest part of Southgate. There are local shops, including a post office and chemist, and several restaurants. Our house it within easy walking distance of 2 large parks, Palmers Green overground train, Southgate underground on the Piccadilly line, and local buses. Our postcode is N14. We have a pretty, sunny garden.

The room is £175 per week, £750 per calender month inclusive of all bills, free broadband and internet access.

You will be sharing facilities, including two bath/shower rooms, with the owner and two others. The atmosphere in the house is pleasant and we are considerate towards each other. The communal areas are cleaned once a week.
