Lovely new double room, beautifully furnished

I have a very large 3 bed, ground floor flat, my current lodger has just left after 3 years and there is one room available, . The rent includes all bills, plus free wifi, Net Flix and Amazon Prime. There is a living room and separate dinning room and a large, well maintained garden. I am a live in landlord but very laid back and am out most evenings, so you would have the run of the flat. I am neat and tidy and have had lodgers for many years, so know how to look after the flat with regards to cleaning up after myself. I also work as a film extra. There are never any problems with sharing the bathroom, as I'm either a very early riser, 5am or very late, 11am :-)

There is a desk, double bed with two huge draws underneath, a large wardrobe and chest of draws in the room, so plenty of storage..

There is plenty of free parking outside the flat. And two large parks within easy walking distance. Southgate underground is a 15 minute walk away, which is also where all the main shops are. There are also some smaller shops on Southgate Green (5 mins walk) which has food shops, restaurants and and hair dressers and this is at the end of the road. Also, Green Lanes, which is a 10 min walk away and has a huge choice of shops, some open until 1am. The Cherry Tree pub is also 5 mins away and this has a huge beer garden, which is very nice in the summer.

Palmers Green mainline station is also a 13 minute walk away and Southgate underground station is a 15 min walk away.
