Only 2 bedrooms are used in this modern 3 bedroom flat in Southgate N14. The current tenant Priscila lives there and uses bedroom 1 and its ensuite, so the large bathroom is mainly for the use of the second tenant.
The 3rd bedroom has been converted to an office and may be used as such.
The block also has a lift.
I am always available in the event of any issues with the flat.
It is a first floor flat with a balcony overlooking the rear garden.
It is a 7 minute walk to Southgate tube station on the Piccadilly line, as well as being close to all amenities ... shops, restaurants etc.
The bedroom is smallish but the overall property is very spacious.
The rent includes all outgoings and internet.
A deposit of £500 is required and this will be lodged with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
Although I own the flat and will issue the rental agreement, any potential tenant will need to meet Priscila and agree things with her first.
We also expect tenants to keep the flat clean or share the cost of a professional cleaner.
