Cleaning of the kitchen and in particular toilet and bathroom after each use are of Critical importance to other tenants and to the landlord. Therefore please note you’ll have to follow the strict cleaning guidelines and a cleaning rota once a month on average accordingly. Leaving clean after using the facilities in the bathroom and the kitchen shows sharing consideration and respect to others.
Smokers NOT accepted, including part-time smokers (Sorry, landlord is extremely allergic to smoking of any kind including but not limited to e-cigarettes)
