The tenant would share toilet and shower on the second floor with 2 other people (Male)

A mini personal fridge is supplied in the room free of charge suitable for storing fresh food, drinks, food and snacks.
Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, room overlooks the communal area and the car park.
Cutlery, crockery, bed linen, pillow, duvet will be supplied free of charge, if needed.

**VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CLEANING AFTER EACH USE**;
Cleaning of the kitchen and in particular toilet and bathroom after each use are of Critical importance to other tenants and to the landlord. Therefore please note you’ll have to follow the strict cleaning guidelines and a cleaning rota once a month on average accordingly. Leaving clean after using the facilities in the bathroom and the kitchen shows sharing consideration and respect to others.
Smokers NOT accepted, including part-time smokers (Sorry, landlord is extremely allergic to smoking of any kind including but not limited to e-cigarettes)
The room is in a 3-storey modern terraced town house, quiet, furnished and warm in winter thanks to modern building insulation.

From the potential tenant; last two months’ employment payslip and bank statements are required please.
4 (Four) weeks notice required before actually vacating the room.
