Must be professional single male / female. All utility bills and council tax included in the rent plus super fast broadband.

I live in the house also but I’m not there every day. I have my son who is turning 4 later this year staying also one night each weekend. He sleeps through the night and never wakes up until the morning so he won’t disturb you at all.

Looking for clean, tidy and respectful person to rent the bedroom.
