Southgate tube is only 10 minutes walk away and Palmers Green overground is 15 minutes walk . The area is serviced by many buses .

We are very close to Grovelands and Broomfield parks to enjoy walks and scenery .
Southgate has a well equipped gym and leisure centre , Asda , M&S food hall , many shops , pubs , restaurants , coffee shops , take aways ,and banks . Enfield town is a short bus ride from Southgate with even more choice , including a cinema complex . This room is available on a Monday to Friday basis for £500 per calendar month .
