Unfurnished double room with walk-in wardrobes

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my unfurnished double bedroom from the 7th January (but the right person may be able to move in earlier).

The room comes fully unfurnished with two walk in wardrobes on either side (both have rails for hanging clothes!).

You'll be living with 3 other housemates Yass, Meg and Mochi the cat. All three are absolutely lovely and I'm sorry to leave them to move into my own place.

The house includes a shared living room, shared kitchen (with all amenities and a dishwasher), a washer/dryer room and two bathrooms. One has a walk-in shower and the other has a bath (but also has a shower head). There's also a large balcony for either hanging your washing or relaxing in the sun! Please note the photos are professional from before we moved into the flat, it now has plenty of personal touches (and sofas 😊).

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Southgate Station (it takes about 25 minutes to get into central London) and is a bus away from Arnos Grove and New Southgate station. It's also a ten minute walk from the high street and a 15 minute walk from a (super-helpful) large ASDA.

Bills are not included and come to roughly £120 a month. Please note there will be a deposit, I'm just waiting for the exact amount to be confirmed by the agent! (I'll update the ad when I know!).

We're looking for like-minded, politically aware young professionals who want to treat this like a home but who would also love to hang out sometimes!
