I work in the media, often WFH. I'm easy going and sociable and like a clean house and clean kitchen and would look for the same from house sharer. Very happy to socialise but also totally respectful of your privacy.
Bedroom overlooks garden and has lovely light. It is part furnished with bed and has hanging space in cupboard plus built in storage space. Sitting room also part furnished - sofa, desk, lighting and plenty of storage space.
Rent is £1300 which includes most bills.
