***Short Let *** Private Outer house

Very large, stunning, outer house to let from Mid May - end August (flexible). We are situated in Southgate N14 and only a 10 minute walk to the underground and bus station. Southgate is on the Piccadilly Line, with easy access to Central London - 25 mins to Kings Cross. New Southgate overground station trains go to Moorgate 25 mins. This is a longer walk 25 mins or a 10 min bus ride (if that). Whilst I live in the main house, the outer building is totally yours for the dates specified and of course you will have access to the main house. Shared kitchen (pictured) although you will have your own fridge and kettle. Full details below.

There is a large lounge area, with a separate bedroom , with King Size bed, a wardrobe, plug sockets plus phone charging sockets. Also, off the lounge is an oversized en suite, with shower, sink and WC. The lounge is kitted out with a fridge, tv, dressing table, coffee table, kettle, Wifi, etc. You will have access to the kitchen, which is adjacent to your accommodation and accessed via the garden. The dining area is communal and you are welcome to sit in the main house to enjoy your food, watch tv etc., or take food back to your own space. We are a friendly household and have one other permanent guest who occupies loft room, in the main house. This will suit someone coming from abroad for a short stay, to work or study, In the past, we have had Interns, as the flexibility and short term let (which is always negotiable) fits in nicely with their requirements,.
