Beautiful room in all female house share

Beautiful large double bedroom in a detached 1930's house in Southgate. There is a brand new double-bed/ mattress, wardrobe and desk (This room also comes unfurnished as needed) There are three bathrooms in the property and plenty of storage. It's a five minutes walk from the tube station, M&S, gyms, shops and restaurants. There are two parks nearby, i've really enjoyed the local green spaces, in a sociable, clean and friendly house share. The current housemates are all professionals who relax with cooking, gardening, movie nights and music together. We also have an enormous, stunning garden and a large coverted garage space. The open plan living and dining room is great for dinner parties and movie nights, with a separate kitchen and breakfast bar. The Council tax, bills and broadband are currently £170 per month. We have very fast internet. Our landlord is brilliant, and I have loved living here, but I am moving back home to Dorset look after family end of July. I can free up the room earlier as required.
