Description
Hello! Lovely to meet you 😊. I'm looking for someone to take over my housemate's room as she's moving in with her boyfriend at the end of the year.
Contract start: 9th December (but someone can move in on the 7th onwards)
Room: comes with a bed, bedside table and an inbuilt cupboard for hanging clothes. It has lovely sunlight and the area is nice and quiet for getting a good night's sleep. 😊
House 🏡: it's unfurnished but but I have furniture for all the communal areas. If you have your own furniture you would like to bring, you are more than welcome!
Large kitchen 🍽: includes plenty of cupboard space and dishwasher.
The house has a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. It also has a garden if anyone has a green thumb at all! 🌿 there is also pleeeeeenty of room for storage, including a garden shed.
Southgate: It's a ten minute walk to Southgate tube station and has plenty of helpful bus links. 🚄🚎 it takes about half an hour to get into central London.
The house is also next door to a massive ASDA and a 5 minute walk from Southgate highstreet (which includes a Boots, Holland and Barrett, lots of lovely charity shops, Creams pubs, McDonalds and a bubble tea place!).
Bills: around £184.14 per month (the council tax is the biggest one because it's a house!)
About me:
I'm a 28 year old children's book editor who grew up in North London. I WFH twice a week and am out at least twice a week in the evening usually. I love animation, theatre, musicals, animals and visiting my friends and family! I believe in a clean, cosy home. 😊 I love spending time and chatting with people but also totally respect people needing space and need it myself! I'd love to watch TV together sometimes if you would like to, but there is never any pressure.
If this sounds like the house for you, please do reach out and tell me about yourself, your work and your hobbies! 😊 xx
