A spacious king-size room is available to rent, complete with a private en-suite toilet and shower. The room includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers; however, it is unfurnished and does not include a bed, so tenants will need to provide their own.

The house offers excellent shared facilities and comprises four rooms in total, a comfortable living room, and a dedicated office space. There is also a charming conservatory furnished with two sofas and two chairs, ideal for relaxing or enjoying coffee mornings. The property benefits from a well-maintained garden, a very large fully-equipped kitchen with all utilities, and an elegant dining room featuring a large dining table.

Additional features include a fully equipped main bathroom on the first floor and a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, a driveway with space for up to three cars at the front of the house, as well as free on-street parking.

The house is maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness, with weekly cleaning carried out to ensure a consistently clean and pleasant living environment. All residents are expected to respect and uphold these standards.

Currently, the household consists of four friendly and respectful individuals who have been living together in the property since 2020. We value a peaceful and considerate atmosphere and are looking for someone who understands the importance of keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. All household expenses are divided equally between the residents on a monthly basis.
