A Bright Airy First Floor Garden Flat

Hi All,

Currently living in a first floor flat in a quiet cul-de-sac street. Close to four parks for nature lovers and cyclists. There are several bus routes within a short walking distance and Southgate Station (Piccadilly Line) is a ten minute walk max. Looking to share this space with female only and hoping to get along with someone who has an easygoing and positive disposition.
The room has a fitted wardrobe with hanging space and draws. The double bed is an ottoman so plenty of additional storage for books or accessories, blankets etc. There is a small side chest of draws and a dressing table.
I work in a secondary school and also studying a full time undergraduate degree so super busy therefore, living arrangements need to work for both. Don’t mind a good chat but also like my independence and alone time to reflect/relax. Additionally, I believe a good level of communication with someone is essential to forming a harmonious and mutually supportive environment.
Don’t mind smokers if they’re happy to smoke outside.
