Existing tenant is moving out. Looking for a friendly, chill female housemate to replace them. I work from home a few days during the week, happy for you to also. Must be a working professional and references are needed. The flat is in a second floor block located on a really quiet drive. The flat is a short walk to Southgate tube station (Piccadilly line) and there’s many high streets and amenities close by. There is some flexibility with the availability of the room but ideally you’d need to move around March/April. Council tax band E but bills are included in the rent.
