Come join our spacious two storey house located halfway between Southgate and Palmers Green. We have a good sized shared kitchen with large gas oven, plenty of storage and a lean-to for bike storage plus extra freezer space. The house is lucky enough to have a large, spacious living room with high ceilings, an upright piano and two comfy sofas. Upstairs is a shared bathroom with bath, shower and a utility closet that contains a washer & tumble dryer

The house has three bedrooms and we currently have two rooms that will be vacant. The remaining housemate is a friendly local music teacher in his 30s who enjoys playing piano, theatre/museum trips and reading.

Both rooms are available to move into from 1st April.

We are situated in a gorgeous part of Enfield with Broomfield Park right on the doorstep. The house is extremely quiet and far away from traffic noise. We are also within walking distance of two local gyms, a leisure centre, two big supermarkets, plenty of local cafes and an assortment of charming independent pubs as well as a post office and convenience store directly downstairs.
