Hi, We are looking for ONE easy-going, clean, non-smoking professional person or mature student for a nicely decorated double room. It is in a clean and friendly household.

The room to let is on the ground floor, fully furnished with the added benefit of a sofa and with it's own toilet/shower room opposite.

You will have use of a large modern kitchen diner with a television, dishwasher, washing machine etc and garden. Internet access available. There is plenty of free parking on the road outside house.

This is a friendly house with young at heart, arts & crafty Mum plus her two sons, a 27 yr old Graduate very much into fitness and a 19 yr old university student into business/marketing (away term time). We have our bedrooms and own bathroom upstairs. We are easy going and will be respectful of your privacy.

The house is situated on a residential road. We are several minutes walk to Southgate tube (Piccadilly line) and busy bus station. Local buses are 121, 125, 298, 299, 382, W6, W9, 184 and (N91 to Trafalgar Sq)
Local Asda supermarket and busy high street with nice restaurants/wine bar and pubs are 5-10 minutes walk away.
M&S, 2 x Gyms & Leisure Centre and library are also in easy walking distance. There are some lovely parks within walking distance.
