The house is clean and is equipped with all mod cons "Smart home" and is protected by CCTV. There is a lovely garden to the rear and a gym in the garage.

Price include all household bills: Water, Gas, Electic, Council tax, fast Wireless broadband, kitchen towels, toilet roll etc the list goes on.

The house is exactly 5 minutes walk to Southgate Station (Picadilly line) and many busses. Walking distance to ASDA Pure gym, fusion Gym and Mark Spencer's are also local as is the high street.
