The property is on a quiet residential family street and is 10 minutes walk to Southgate/Oakwood or Cockfosters Station on the Piccadilly line.

There are a lot of green spaces around and good shops, Asda, Sainsbury’s. etc.

References will be checked before acceptance.

Both occupants work shifts so the house is normally very quiet in the daytime.
