We have one very large ensuite room available in our quite clean house.
The house is really nice it has five double bedrooms and a kitchen lounge are very big garden and there is also one bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom on the top floor, (which is available (unfortunately this bedroom is out of my budget! The house is located on Cowper Gardens N14 which is about 15 minutes walk away from Southgate station and also 15 minutes from Oakwood station.
It has gas central heating and double glaze windows, there is a dining table which has space for four and two very big double fridges with freezers and there’s plenty of kitchen storage place including a double oven and a washing and drying machine.
There is also a large garden which would be good with patio which would be good for summertime barbecues.
And there is also offstreet parking for at least two cars.
