We are looking for someone to take over our tenancy in a beautiful flat on Nelson Square, 2 mins from Southwark station.

We are really sad to be leaving because we ADORE living here, however we have received job offers abroad so will be emigrating at the end of February.

The apartment is split level, with 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the lower floor and a gorgeous open plan living room and kitchen on the upper floor. It also has a garden and patio out the back, and in front is the lovely Nelson Square with a park and gardens.

We are looking for professionals to take over the tenancy which ends 1st August 2020. The landlord will be open to extending the tenancy after that should you wish to stay longer.
