My sunny flat is looking for a person or a couple to love, and enjoy, it as much as I do.

Although I will only be away for a year, I have put most of my belongings in storage, so that (1) you won't feel as if your were living in someone else's home while there, and (2) you can benefit from all of the storage space yourself.

The flat is in an iconic building (a skyscreaper) with 24 hour reception, and it is across the road from Elephant and Castle station.

Elephant and Castle is a major public transport hub, and is also conveniently located to reach most of Central London locations by bicycle, and even on foot.

There are TFL cycle racks outside the building, and –if you have (or will purchase) a bicycle of your own– there is a large, purpose-built, bicycle storage room in the basement which you will be able to use free of charge.

Over the last few years, the area has has been becoming an incresingly vibrant, and cosmopolitan neighbourhood, with Elephant Park also adding to a nice bit of grenery where you can go and relax bearby.

The rent is inclusive of Council Tax and Service Charge (which are about £850 pcm) and the energy bill is extremely low, due to the building being super energy-efficient.
