After 3 years renting here, our housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone to fill her room. The room can fit a desk for anyone wanting to work from home.

The fully furnished apartment is on the top (9th) floor of a recently built apartment block, and comprises of 2 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a bright and spacious open plan kitchen/reception room. The apartment has south and west dual aspects, a large balcony (with a hot tub!) and views of the London Eye from all rooms. The property benefits from underfloor heating and comfort cooling and shared facilities include 24 hour concierge, a gym, secure bike storage and a large rooftop terrace on the 27th floor of the building next door with bookable function room. It is located a short stroll from the South Bank, Waterloo station, Borough market and London Bridge.

We are a couple (31 & 33) working in the city and Westminster. We enjoy occasionally having friends around for dinner or drinks during the weekends and making the most of the roof terrace and hot tub. This would suit someone interested in doing the same!
