Fully furnished spacious double room in a bright, tidy and quiet Southwark flat. Room available from 3rd February 2023.

5 minute walk to Southwark tube station and Elephant and Castle.
8-10 minute walk to Waterloo and London Bridge.
30 minute walk to Westminster.

Bills are usually £100-150.

I am a bubbly and friendly 24 year old graduate currently working as a civil servant. My current flatmate is looking to move out with her boyfriend so I'm on the hunt to find her replacement. I'm looking for someone who is open to hanging out but who also enjoys doing their own thing.

The current tenancy ends in July but there is an option to renew if you wish to keep the room.
