Description
Hi, I am 28 year-old Economist based in London for the past 4 years. I moved her to pursue my masters at LSE. I have experience in co-living spaces from many years and consider myself friendly, outgoing, flexible, and clean and tidy individual. My flatmate is moving in with his partner and I am keen to find someone around the same age as me, social, tidy and responsible person to share the house with. I am a vegetarian but open to a people with other choices. Ad is open to professionals.
I have been in this flat for past 3 years and have had a positive time overall!
It is a two-bedroom apartment pretty close to Tower Bridge and super well connected. There is a communal lounge, kitchen and a bath. Many convenience stores are in a walking distance including Lidl, Tesco, and Sainsbury. You can find buses to a lot of areas in London right below the apartment building and multiple tube stations around the area (Elephant & Castle, Borough, London Bridge). The area is quite and landlord is co-operative. We kept the furniture in the lounge to the minimum but the new tenant can bring their own if its fits the space. There are many parks around the area and a garden in the apartment building. I have had a pleasant stay here in the past year. Deposit is 5 weeks rent. With utility bills (water, electricity, gas, heating, council ) the total expense on the flat should be £1100. That's my estimate for worst case scenario although the energy usage has been pretty low. The property is council tax band B.
Please note that there are works underway in our kitchen atm- painting and cabinets replacement.
if this sounds good, feel free to reach out :)
