I’m looking for a trustworthy person to look after my lovely flat while I’m abroad for 2 months, from January 9th to March 9th, 2025.

It’s a fully furnished one-bedroom flat (not a flatshare) with a separate kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Located on the first floor of a quiet street, the flat is cosy, bright, and has a peaceful balcony. The bedroom and living room both face the back and get some morning sunshine.

The location is fantastic – just a 9-minute walk to three main stations: Southwark (Jubilee line), Borough (Northern line), and Elephant & Castle (Northern and Bakerloo lines), with trains from Elephant & Castle too. And a short walk to Waterloo too. There are also plenty of buses nearby.

You’ll find plenty of supermarkets within walking distance, and Mercato Metropolitano is just a few minutes away. Southbank and London Bridge are only a 15-minute walk.

The flat comes with everything you need to feel at home – it’s fully furnished, and all the essentials are here, including cutlery, pots and pans, a kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. I’m happy for you to use the bedding and towels, so you’ll only need to bring your clothes! It’s perfect for a short-term stay since there’s no need to buy household items.

Price:
• £1975 per month (rent + bills)
• £1000 deposit (refundable when I return)
• Electricity is capped at £150/month (anything above that will be your responsibility – it’s a smart meter)

The flat is available for a 2-month sublet, from January 9th to March 9th, 2025. I’m looking for a professional who’s clean, respectful, and doesn’t smoke inside (there’s the balcony for that if needed). Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

I can’t offer shorter stays, as I’ll be away and unable to manage the move-in process.
