IQ Paris Garden

Hello,
I’m looking for a replacement tenant at Iq Paris Garden. I stayed here for 3 months and loved it. People at the reception are really sweet and all the residents are communicative. It’s the only student Accomodation which is very quiet at night. There’s an amazing terrace with a lovely view where all sit and socialise. The gym and the media rooms are also quite fancy. Waterloo and Southward stations are 3-5 mins walk at max. There’s Blackfriars station also which is like 8 mins walk. The GP is just 1 min walk. Tesco, Waitrose and sainsbury is 2 mins.
So you wouldn’t have to worry about anything!
