Hello! We are looking for someone to takeover one of the double bedrooms in our 3-bed flat. Available from the start of December.

Flat: It's a privately owned flat with a big kitchen and homey living room, small balcony, a shower room and separate toilet, plus lots of closet/storage space throughout. It's quiet, and we have friendly neighbors and a nice landlord -super responsive and helpful.

Area: Not only are the transport links great (next to Oval station), but it’s also walking distance to Kennington Park, Burgess Park, plenty of great pubs, restaurants and stores in Camberwell, Oval and Kennington. There are also a few gyms around, a Tesco Express, Co-op, Iceland and a big Morrisons close by.

About the room: It’s a cosy room which comes with a built in closet and double bed & night table. There is extra storage space in the hallways. The room is super bright and gets a lot of sunshine during the day.

About the housemates: You’ll be living with two other flatmates; Panos (31) and Abraham (28) who are both incredibly lovely housemates and friends. They are both very busy individuals, but we all like to hang out in the lounge room after work, watch TV and eat dinner together when we can. Sometimes difficult with our crazy schedules but I am looking for someone who will fit in with the dynamic and will be a nice flatmate.

The serious stuff: Rent is £775PCM (which includes heating). Bills usually come up to around £100PCM including council tax, wifi, water and electric.

We’re looking for a likeminded professional who is friendly and social, but also clean, tidy, and considerate.

This place will be perfect for someone just moving to London for the first time/ wanting to try out a new area without committing long term and someone who enjoys a social, friendly atmosphere.
