- Transport: 5-10 min walk to Oval and Kennington Tube stations (Northern lines). 20-30min walk to Vauxhall (Victoria line). 35-45 min walk to Waterloo. Residential area close to fun and central areas. Convenient for cycling, walking everywhere. Well connected bus routes.

- Gyms/Sports: 5 min walk from two spacious parks (Burgess and Kennington). In both parks there are tennis courts and free open air gym equipment. In Kennington park there are football clubs, astro pitches, and netball courts & clubs. The house is a 20 mins walk from Vauxhall leisure centre which is lush and has a gym, classes, indoor pool and sauna. Snap Fitness and GymGroups nearby. PERK: living in Southwark = free access to the 'free gym and swim' in leisure centres across the borough.

Flora: 26 y/o actor who tutors kids and teaches youth theatre on the side. Enjoys cooking, being outside in parks, mountains, and Hampstead ponds. Not a big drinker but down for a pint. Plays football with the local team x1-2 a week. Enjoy big silly chats but also privacy and reading.

Emily: 24 y/o museum events coordinator who loves art history and dogs! Fashion icon (Flora wrote all these descriptions). NZ born but been in the UK for 3 years.
