Airy double room in homely three bed flat

I'm looking to sublet my room for three months between July and September 2024.

The house is right next to Kennington park (and the lovely Kennington Park Cafe, which makes delicious coffee and sourdough pizza). Well-connected to various bus and underground routes, it's a 10 minute walk to Oval station, and 15 minute walk to Kennington station.

The house is beautiful and really cozy. The living room and kitchen are spacious and bright, with big windows and a balcony. The room is big (4.39m x 2.64m), with double wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers (my stuff is still in the pictures, but will obviously be gone). There is a bathroom with bathtub, and a smaller bathroom with toilet and sink. Washing machine and dryer. Heating, water and wifi included.

My flatmates are relaxed, easy-going, friendly and just all-round really interesting people. PhD and master's students. Flat activities include cooking, chilling, watching anime / documentaries / films, walks in the park, music jams, and the occasional group meditation or yoga session. We're looking for someone who is easy-going, respectful, and is okay with having guests around every now and then. Slight preference for a female or non-binary flatmate, but generally open to all genders.

The exact start and end dates are negotiable, but ideally looking for someone who can commit to three full months. It might also be possible to extend the stay. Looking to arrange in-person or virtual viewings during the week commencing 24th of June. 🙏

Bills that are included: heating, water, wifi, council tax. Not included: electricity.
