Moonraker Point also contains a common room with recreational facilities and a gym located besides the building. You have to scan your room card for entrance so it's very safe and securited, with 24-hour reception.
The orinigal price was 340 per week, I lowered to around 300 where we can further discuss for a drop if you intend to cover the whole tenancy term.
