Double bedroom and private bathroom in Southwark

Flatmate is moving so looking for a new one to move in as we renew the lease. Planned start date of the contract is 4 June but can be flexible regarding move in and so forth. Happy for you to come by for a viewing of the flat!

Double bedroom in a modern apartment nearby Southwark Station on Union Street. The room is spacious with lots of wardrobe/storage room as well as space for desk / home office setup. Shared area includes a large living room and kitchen. Some of the pics are a bit outdated (have a TV in the living room for instance!)

I am a young professional who is rarely home - realistically mean you will have the flat for yourself for quite a lot of time (especially the kitchen & living room area).

Bills and council tax (band F) is not included. Professional and very amenable landlord - have lived here for 2 years and any issues have been resolvable without any problems.
