Hi there! I am a postgraduate student and I am finding a roommate to share this awesome space. The price is 3000pm officially, but I can offer you 1450pm if you can move in recently.
Two fifty one is a popular apartment in Elephant and Castle, SE1 6FJ. Life here would be very convenient. There is underground and bus stations nearby. There is gym and big common room in the building.
This room is very much in high demand. There is a fridge, oven, microwave and cooking equipment. There is also a full body mirror, and a big wardrobe. The bathroom is clean and the shower has enough water pressure for a very comfortable shower. My favorite thing is we can view great scenery through the floor-to-ceiling window, especially in the evening! By the way, there is free Wifi you can connect.
This apartment is very user-friendly and considerate of the residents' feelings, and so I really, really enjoyed living here. I am now offering the space to someone likes this apartment and the flat. I hope you are a nice, friendly female (only) and would not bring friends to our home.
