I’ll move to another place, no longer live here, so as soon as you move in, i’ll hand over my contract to you - you will pay your rent fee directly to the accommodation reception.

This place is pretty accessible to travel or walk around central London, there are Waterloo station and Southwark station in each 15 and 5-minute walk. Also many restaurants and cafes near this area.
