Furnished room - Southwark/Waterloo

Hi,

I am looking for a full-time student or professional who wants to take over my current room in the Southwark area. With a central location and all bills and broadband included in a calm neighbourhood, this room is ideal for students and professionals. The room will be available from early to mid-July.

1 Double Room In a 4-room flat with shared kitchen and bathroom. The toilet and bathroom are separated, making it easier to prepare in the morning. The room already has a double bed, mirror, desk, desk chair, lamp, wardrobe and bedside table.
The window faces west, so you'll benefit from the afternoon sun.

A washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, and boiler are available as well as a rice cooker, and all the necessary kitchen utensils are furnished and free to use.

The contract is a 12-month contract. All bills and wifi included. You must have a guarantor. If a student, then 3 months rent in advance will be needed.

2 other flatmates are full-time students and 1 is a professional.

This is a quiet neighbourhood, therefore loud party is not allowed. I am looking for someone who will start the contract no later than September, preferably in August
