Spacious Double Room in Southwark (Zone 1)

Hi guys,

I am looking for someone to take over my room from July 16th - November 4th.

I have been in this apartment since July last year and I only have good things to say about it. It is extremely spacious and modern and very close to everything you may need.

Southwark station is a 2 minute walk, Waterloo station is 8 minutes and Blackfriars is 15 or so minutes. You can pretty much get anywhere from those three stations, however there are also multiple bus links nearby.

You would be living with two other great guys who are 24 and 25. They are social, easy going and down to earth guys who are respectable and clean. Always up for chat, however also have their own lives so are in and out a fair bit.

The rent is 1033 / month with bills on top (roughly 100). The room itself is spacious and has a bed, built-in wardrobe and space for a desk.

The apartment is split on two levels with the bedrooms/bathroom downstairs and the open living space upstairs. There is a large balcony with a BBQ which is great for hosting. The bathroom has a bathtub and over-tub shower, as well as the toilet and built in cabinets.
