My name is Konstantinos and I'm moving out from our flat this month, hence, my roommate and I are looking for someone to take my place by August 5th.

The apartment is conveniently located in Southwark and is a 4-minute walk from Southwark station (Jubilee line) and an 8-minute walk from Borough station (Northern line). The building has been recently renovated and is situated in a friendly neighborhood that offers supermarkets (there is a palpable feud between Sainsbury's and Tesco with both chains offering two different shops very close to the apartment), restaurants, pubs, and two gyms within a 5-minute walking distance rendering it difficult to find a good excuse to skip your workout.

The apartment itself is clean, tidy and offers a number of useful amenities. There is a shared balcony with a view of the London Eye (so you don't have to wait in its queue for 2-hours), a living room with a dining table and a kitchen that is equipped with all of the appliances that you would need.

The room itself has its own balcony and bathroom. It has a double-sized bed and space to set up an office so you can pretend to work from home very comfortably. It is furnished with a wardrobe and three chests of drawers where you can store all of your clothes. It is overall in great condition and has been kept very clean and tidy.

Finally, the current tenant is a great guy who is clean, friendly, and very considerate. He is a working professional himself.
