🏡 About the Flat:

• Bills: Heating and hot water are included in the rent. We would split the remaining bills (council tax, electricity, internet, water), which would be around £150 per person per month.

• Shared Spaces: Shared bathroom and kitchen, plus a balcony – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, or if you fancy a smoke!

• Kitchen Goodies: Share my De'Longhi coffee machine, air fryer, and rice maker/steamer. There's also plenty of silverware and tableware (no need to get your own).

• Appliances: We have a new fridge freezer and a separate standalone freezer, so there's tons of space!

• Storage: We have a decent-sized storage room inside the flat for anything you don't want to keep in your room.
• Electric Shower: Never-ending hot water!

• Pet-Friendly: The landlord is happy for us to have pets, so feel free to bring yours along! 🐶🐱 (I don’t have any but hoping you do).

🎮 Entertainment:

• Streaming: High-speed internet perfect for streaming 😊

• Gaming: Feel free to use my PlayStation 5 whenever you like (I barely use it)!

📍 Location:

• Transport: The flat is located on the main road, just 0.2 miles from Elephant & Castle station (Northern and Bakerloo lines), with numerous buses nearby.

• Gyms: Just a 5-minute walk to three different gyms, including GymBox!

• Shops: Sainsbury's and Pret a Manger are a stone's throw away, and a big Tesco, Morrisons, and Co-op are just a 5-minute walk. Domino's is only 3 minutes away if you fancy a pizza night! 🍕

• Elephant Park: is only 3 minutes away with a lot of restaurants!

🛏️ Your Room:

• The room is furnished with a wardrobe and bedside cabinet, but the current tenant brought their own bed. However, if you need a bed, I'd be happy to help you find one 😊

• 👋🏻 Hey there! I'm Hazem, a 33-year-old resident doctor. My work keeps me busy, but I always make time to socialize with my flatmates. Whether it's grabbing a drink or a bite to eat, or just relaxing with a good chat and a movie (Marvel fan!), I enjoy spending time with the people I live with

• I'm pretty respectful of personal space and like to keep things tidy, so hoping to find someone on the same wavelength.

• Ideally, my flatmate would be up for a laugh, going out for the occasional drink or meal, or just chilling and watching a movie.

• Fingers crossed we'd hit it off and can strike that perfect balance of social fun and relaxed downtime!
