Lovely flat near the Tate Modern

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my contract as I’m moving to a job outside of London. The contract ends in February, and I’ve already paid the rent for the month.

The flat is so well connected. There are bus stops nearby, and the Southwark station is within a 5-6 minutes’ walking distance. There are many amenities around: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gym; The Borough Market is 10 minutes away and the Tate Modern is on the next block. Anything you need, you can find within a short walk distance. Also, the flat is super quiet, you can't hear the neighbours or outside noise.

You will be sharing the flat with an awesome girl who works for the University. She often keeps to herself but likes to talk sometimes.

We share the living room and the kitchen. The room you would be renting has an en-suite. The flat comes furnished.

The rent doesn't come with bills included, but we usually spend around £150-200 each depending on the month.
