Rooms in Lovely Big Flat Near Oval!

Hi, we are looking for our next flatmates!

We are 2 girls looking for people of our same age, who want to live in a chill but social flat. There is a total of 2 rooms available in the house for September entry (people are moving out in August though).

We pay monthly.

Bills average to £50 per person per month and council tax £33. Council Tax Band C. Gas is very low since it's a central heating building.

At the start of the tenancy, we paid the deposit each equally, before moving into the rooms. So it is £1009.50 for each room - it doesn't let me specify this in one of the rooms in the ad tho!

Rooms are super sunny. Whoever stays in the smaller room can have preference over the storage space on the corridor. There is an extra storage place on our building outside the flat too.

🏠 There is a big living room with 2 sofas and a table as you can see in the images and video, a big kitchen with a large fridge, and a balcony. We share a bathroom and another toilet too - We have never had to wait for the toilet.

🌳The flat is lovely, it is an old council flat in a family neighbourhood, next to Kennington park and Burgess park. It is amazingly connected in zone 2 with many buses in the main road (3 minutes walk) and Oval and Kennington underground stations being nearby (10-15 mins walk).

🙋‍♀️ About us: I'm Alicia, I'm Spanish, I like art, sports and dancing. I work in the arts industry and I'm vegetarian. Erin - working in IT, British, also veggie. We are chill, easy-going and clean!! We do have casual parties sometimes and connect friends and people. We can bring guests as long as we communicate and are respectful - this is a safe, open space. LGBT friendly of course.

🫧🧹 Being organised is super important. We have a weekly cleaning rota that is very important for us.

We're looking for someone easy going, ideally our age, who is looking for a long term let. The contract is a rolling contract.
