Big Room in Lovely Flat, Oval, SEPT start

Hi, we are looking for our 5th flatmate! We are 3 girls and one of their boyfriends. We are very friendly and chill, more info below! There is a total of 4 rooms in the house and this is one of the big rooms.

The room is £922.50. We pay monthly.

There is a big living room with 2 sofas and a table as you can see in the images and video, a big kitchen with a large fridge, and a balcony. We share a bathroom and another toilet too - We have never had to wait for the toilet having 2!

The flat is lovely, it is an old council flat in a family neighbourhood, next to Kennington park and Burgess park. It is amazingly connected in zone 2 with many buses in the main road and Oval and Kennington nearby.

Bills average to £28 per person per month and council tax £33. So you can add that to the rent and that's the total price per month.

At the start of the tenancy, we paid the deposit each equally, before moving into the rooms. So it is £1009 for each room.

About us: we are Alicia (Spanish, just graduated from UAL, loves to dance and socialize), Maryna and Nikita (Ukraine, they are a couple, super chill, like to run in the weekends!) and Alana (from New Zealand, artsy). We are chill, easy-going and clean!! Being organised is super important for us. We do have chill parties sometimes and connect friends and people. We have a cleaning rota that is very important for us.

We're looking for someone easy going, ideally our age, who can start living with us from the 6th September. The contract length is 1 year.
