A fully furnished bedroom is available in the heart of Southwark, located less than a 4 minute walk away from Elephant & Castle station, and a 12 minute walk to Waterloo station and Southwark Station. Lovely central London location, 15 minute walk to landmarks such as Westminster bridge, Big Ben and the London Eye, and a 20 minute walk to London Bridge.

This is the largest room in the house. The room includes the king size bed and the large cupboard. (Note that the curtains and desk/chair are the property of the previous tenant). Bills average to £95-100 per month including council tax. The property includes a study/workspace room with plenty of storage. You will be sharing the bathroom and the living space with two other women. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are also available.

Who you’ll be sharing with : We are Trisha and Ayesha, 22 and 25 respectively, we are two working professionals who are looking for a third flatmate as our current flatmate is going back home this September. Ayesha works a remote job, while Trisha has a hybrid set up with 3x a week from the office. We would love to have someone with similar interests to us such as going on walks, cooking food, going out, and spending quality time with each other!
