£580 bedroom in Peckham

There’s a bright and sunny room going in our gorgeous house located in Peckham, just 10 mins walk from Peckham Rye, 10 mins from Denmark Hill and 5 mins to East Dulwich. The room is £580 plus bills (roughly £130 pcm) + £915 deposit. Council tax band E. It’s a small double but there’s lots of storage with overhead shelving!

The house is huge with a big leafy garden, wooden floors, dining room, spacious lounge, cute kitchen and lots of natural sunlight. Just a stroll away from Bellenden Road, lots of nice shops and pubs. You’ll be living with three others (professionals aged 29 -32) who work in lighting, PR and music. Looking for someone chill and tidy (ideally not a student and long term) to replace me. Ps the room is unfurnished (without the bed etc) but there’s a built in clothes rail which is heavy duty. I've fit a large dresser going lengthways, but you could also have a smaller one with more floor space, so there’s options for how your could lay it out!
