I am currently looking for a flatmate (preferably LGBT+ women) to share a two-bedroom apartment in South East London, near Burgess Park in Zone 2. The current flatmate will be moving out on the first of October.
The rent is £725, plus £60 for council tax, and bills typically range from £100 to £150 depending on usage.
I'm seeking a tidy, responsible individual who can help maintain the apartment. Good communication is essential to me. I hope to find someone open to sharing a meal occasionally while also respecting each other's privacy. If you are an artist or musician, that's even better!
The flat has a 70's vibe, but I'm always trying to update it a bit. It would be nice if the new flatmate has an interest in interior design, as the space has a lot of potential and beautiful natural light. The apartment used to be an old pub converted into apartments.
The nearest tube station is Bermondsey, which is about a 13-minute walk away, but there are plenty of buses available for easy transportation.
The room will be repainted once the current flatmate leaves.
