I'm leaving my room in my flat-share in London Bridge, so I'm looking for a new tenant to take over the room.

The flat is located
- 5 minutes from Borough Market
- 5 minutes from London Bridge Station (trains - underground - bus)
- 3 minutes from a tesco and a sainsburry and bars and restaurants

It is a furnished double room at £813 per month without utilities (so wifi, water, gas, electricity and concil tax to add, about a hundred pounds per month).

There is no living room, which is why the rent is so low! It's a flat share for 4 people, we're all moving house at the moment for various reasons, so there's also a second room available, so don't hesitate to let me know if you're looking for two rooms, we can arrange it!

The room is available from 1st October.
Visits are compulsory, so don't hesitate to drop me a line to talk about it and to arrange a visit (weekends).
