Large bed with two drawers beneath.
Study table + chair.
Wardrobe for clothes.
Cupboard with two drawers.
Dresser with a large surface and three drawers for additional storage.
Shared Apartment Features:
Kitchen and bathroom are shared with three other female tenants.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, oven, and microwave.
Both the room and apartment are clean and well-maintained.
Location:
Perfectly situated near London Bridge, The Shard, and Borough Market.
Excellent transport links with a bus stop right outside the building.
Costs:
Monthly Rent: £825 (excluding bills).
Bills: Approx. £40-£50 per month (based on my usage).
Security Deposit: £951.93 (refundable at the end of the stay, subject to conditions).
Move-In Details:
Move-in Date: January 9, 2025 (earlier move-in may be possible with prior agreement).
Contract Duration: Until September 9, 2025 (option to discuss further stay with the agent).
Requirements:
Working professionals: Proof of regular income.
Students: A guarantor or additional rent paid in advance is required.
Ideal Tenant:
Looking for a clean, responsible female tenant who values a peaceful and respectful living environment. Only women tenants may apply.
